We're constantly looking for brilliant designs, illustrations, and photography to run as covers for our online magazines. Send us what you have and if picked, we'll feature it atop one of our publications and in this gallery, along with your bio.

  • How is the artwork selected?
    Our editors personally review every submission. We often try to run artwork that matches up with events going on in our cities or we pick pieces that simply pop on the site and mailer and have flavor. We can't promise we'll use your design, but keep the faith! We do hold on to all pieces for future consideration.
    What do you need from me?
    Please only submit your own work, or work you have rights to. Provide a version of your design that's 600-1,000 pixels wide and saved as a gif, tiff, jpg, psd, ai, ill, or eps. Also, include a brief bio we can use to tell our readers about you: your recent exploits, your favorite Supreme Court Justice, what you ate for lunch, and so forth.
    When will I be contacted?
    We'll contact you before running your work and ask you to sign a contributing artist's agreement. Please note that we'll also subscribe you to our design update mailer, which we think you'll dig (can unsubscribe at any time).
    How will I be credited?
    We create an artist's page which includes your bio and an original crop of your work. This page is linked to from the cover on the site and email for the issue it runs in. We'll house it permanently within our cover gallery.
